The Way I Work

The Way I Work

I work primarily with airbrush, a method that requires precision, patience, and a deep understanding of how color and form interact. This technique allows me to create smooth transitions, intricate details, and layered compositions that are hard to achieve with traditional tools. It’s not just about the mechanics—it’s about the flexibility and control it gives me to respond to the work as it evolves. I’m drawn to it for its versatility and the way it supports the kind of visual language I want to express.

My paintings are rooted in a desire to capture a moment of synchronicity between mind, body, and soul. I believe something meaningful happens when those parts align, and my work is an ongoing effort to explore that connection. That search has led me through a range of styles and experiments, all grounded in the concepts I first encountered in Surrealism and the bold color theories of Fauvism. I lean into spontaneous composition, strong color, and layered imagery to create abstract surrealist pieces that continue to shift and surprise me with every step of the process.
